Josh Hankey is a Licensed Home Inspector in the state of Tennessee. He received extensive training and graduated from one of the top home inspections schools in the country, Inspection Training Associates (ITA). He is a member, and follows the guidelines, of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He’s also received training in Mold Surveying & Testing, is a member, and follows the guidelines, of the ESA (Environmental Solutions Association) and has completed training in Radon measurement and is a Certified Residential Measurement Provider of the NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) and the NEHA (National Environmental Health Association). He is also a member, and follows the guidelines, of the AARST (American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists, Inc.)
